Securely package your textiles and ship them to me. I will notify you the moment they safely arrive.

I understand that sending sentimental textiles requires trust. Here are answers to our most frequently asked questions.

What fabrics work best?

What is the turnaround time?

Worn-in flannels, cotton button-downs and light denim work beautifully. Highly stretchy or very delicate fabrics can be used but will require extra care.

Because each piece is individually designed and hand-stitched by me, custom commissions typically take 4 to 6 weeks from the date I receive your textiles. A more specific time frame can be discussed when ordering if needed.

How much clothing is needed?

Can I request custom art?

One adult-sized long-sleeve shirt is usually sufficient to create a single memory bear. If you prefer a bear with a more diverse appearance, I recommend that you combine several different fabrics. You’re welcome to send a few different but complementary garments.
